  • Day 10 Level 1 completed! I too am very proud of myself. Some nights I had to fight myself to do it, but I feel good about myself that I have done it 10 days in a row. Looking forward to weigh in and measurement day tomorrow! Have a good nite everyone! Janet
  • Day 9 complete... One more day at Level 1... I am scared of Level 2. Is is alot harder? I am feeling pretty good a Level 1 so hopefully I will be OK. I am excited for results day after Day 10! Janet

  • I am confused on this issue too. I am trying to eat 1200 calories/day. If I exercise and burn 300 calories... I am still eating 1200 calories... but it says I should eat 1500 calories... not sure what to do... I feel more comfortable eating the 1200 calories...
