  • I too am at the 10 more pounds... I would be happy with 5 right now... seem to hit a plateau... its kinda of frustrating.... I think the key is to change things up a bit... different exercise routines, etc.. Janet

  • Completed L3 Day 5 yesterday... weighed myself and I did not lose any weight. Somewhat discouraged.. I feel like I have been working hard and not seeing results in weight loss.... hopefully inches..:) Keep going everyone! Janet

  • Well I completed Level 2 last night. I will be starting Level 3 after I type this message. I am afraid... I will be honest... :ohwell: Results after Level 2... 6 inches 5.6 pounds Not bad... I am hoping for a few more pounds in the next 10 days... my goal is another 5 pounds... Good luck everyone! Janet
  • Just completed D9 LV2 this morning... My back was killing me last night from vacuuming so I couldn't do it. I got up early this morning and will do it again tonight to complete Level 2 and will do my measurements, weigh in tomorrow morning. I am so proud of everyone! Keep it up! Level 3 here we come! Janet
  • D8LV2 Complete! Feeling good still! Major sweat tonight. It is very hot & muggy where I live today. I was dripping all over... legs, arms, face.... My husband came in and couldn't believe how much I was sweating.. :ohwell: Feels good to sweat! Keep going everyone... almost done Level 2! Janet

  • Finished Level 2 Day 5 last night and weighed myself this morning... I am down 1.6 pounds in the last five days... I am happy with that... The nice thing is that my jeans are starting to feel a little more comfortable. :) Half way thru Level 2... its still tough and I sweat lots! Half way there!!! Janet

  • I missed one day this weekend... so I will be behind my one day...so I will push my weigh ins up a day as well... I was going to try to do it twice on Saturday.. but was exhausted after being at my daughter's volleyball tourny all day... a day's rest is OK.. right! I won't be punished will I? LOL... Janet
