    Another confession--I fell asleep again last night w/o completing day 6, but I have a really good excuse! The babies have both been sick!! JJ was up the night before, and KJ last night! Amazingly enough I am alive this morning. So today is another catch-up day.
    So I just complete LV3D6 and will be completing day 7 later, hopefully prior to church!!

    Another confession, after my weigh-in yesterday I was really depressed! I ended-up having a HORRIBLE food day, a couple rice Krispy treats, some candy, a Nutter butter bar, frosted flakes----AHHH I am so angry with myself! EVERYTIME I get close to my lifetime goal something goes WRONG!!! -- ME! I am really fearing that after tuesday I will completely fall off the band wagon! I need to get back into gear!!

    ANY ideas? I think I need to flush my body of those nasty toxins I ate yesterday.

    Day 7 done. Tonight was so hard. I really am ready to just quit! I know if I do though, I'll be so angry with myself. Can't give up when the finish line is so close. Hope everyone is sticking with this. :)

    Is anyone else having a really hard time with the strength exercises on circuit 3? I can only do a handful of traveling pushups and then the other move (whatever they are called) I can't balance myself on one arm with the weight in my hand. Ughhh

    And to make things worse, my mother in law sits in the living room and watches us do it while eating. lol She's like 100 lbs and she also tries to strike conversation while we are doing it! lol

    Thanks Kristyn! Finished day 8 tonight. Erica, I have a hard time balancing on those weights too. My right hand gets numb when I'm doing it. And my husband has tried to talk to me a few times while I was doing it, and when he couldn't understand me (because I'm trying to breathe and talk at the same time lol) I got irritated :D I'm glad he doesn't sit there and watch me though!

    Completed L3 Day 5 yesterday... weighed myself and I did not lose any weight. Somewhat discouraged.. I feel like I have been working hard and not seeing results in weight loss.... hopefully inches..:)

    Day 8, completed. Its been a rough couple of days--so I haven't been able to make-up my missed day!! So don't count me out. Wednesday will be my day 10 and Thursday I will do measurements! So please check-back!

    Also is anyone planning on doing something else?? Please let me know!!

    Today i was 1.6lbs from the goal I set to be at the end of this.... fingers crossed!!!

    Alright, I don't have the actual measurements in front of me, but I took them this morning before I left for work. From start to finish, here's how much I lost.

    Pounds lost: 5.4
    Inches lost: 14.5

    I met my goal of losing five pounds. I wish I would have lost six or more, but I know I gained muscle so it's ok. I'm so excited about the amount of inches that I lost though! That explains why my clothes are fitting better! I'm so glad we took measurements, because honestly I wouldn't have thought that I had lost many inches by just looking at myself.

    I didn't shred yesterday so today will be my last day. My baby had a flu shot and was extremely clingy/upset all day and night and wouldn't let me do anything. Hopefully he is better today.
