    LEVEL 2 DONE!!!!!!!
    We are 2/3s of the way through this!!! YAYA!!!! Weight and measurements tomorrow morning everyone!!!!! I kinda peeked today and it looks like i havent lost any weight or inchs... so im hoping today was sodium bloat or my full boobs and that come tomorrow ill see some good numbers!


    Lol if I were you I would pump before so you are empty!


    Well, level 2 is done!! Wahoo!!! And my hubby has been doing them all with me so far! He's skipping Monday because he has his yearly PT test in the military.


    PS we watched some of level 3 and it looks rough! So ready for it though!!

    Day 10 done! So glad to be out of level two. Scared of level three though lol. Hope everyone is having a great weekend.

    Finished D10L2 at 11:59, so it counts! I had a rough evening last night--instead of Shredding I ran/jogged around my complex to blow-off some steam so before I knew it was after 11! Didn't think I'd make it but I did! I cannot believe that we are already into Level 3 and only have 10days left...SO What is next on our journey????

    SHREDDING REALLY DOES WORK---HOWEVER?? How does it say lose up to 20lbs in 30 days? That must be for those who weigh more?? Don't know...I also don't think I will reach my 133lb shredding goal :noway: ....that would be 4.6 lbs in 10 days??? SERIOUSLY THAT WOULD BE A MIRACLE!!!! I think I will settle for reaching my 135lb Lifetime---so that is 2.6lbs in 10 days?? SURE I can do that!!

    My weight is back down and i lost .5 on my bust, but my son also just ate lol

  • Just completed D9 LV2 this morning... My back was killing me last night from vacuuming so I couldn't do it. I got up early this morning and will do it again tonight to complete Level 2 and will do my measurements, weigh in tomorrow morning.

    I am so proud of everyone! Keep it up! Level 3 here we come!

    k here are my measurements and losses! I'm excited at my results. My quads are starting to look beefy like Natalie's on the video too.

    Bust- 44.5----43----42 =2.5 lost
    Arms- L 13.25---12.25---12 =1.25 lost
    Arms-R 13---12.5---12.25 =.75 lost
    Upper waist- 39----38.5---37.5 =1.5 lost
    Lower waist- 43.5--42.25---41 =2.5 lost
    Hips- 46----43.25---43 =3 lost
    Thigh- L 25---24---23.5 =1.5 lost
    Thigh-R 25---24---24 =1 lost
    Calves- L 16.25--16.5--16.5 =.25 GAIN
    Calves-R 16.5--16.5---16.5 =SAME


    For a grand total of : 13.75 inches lost!! woot

    I also weighed and am still the SAME!! I must be building muscle b/c to have lost this many inches is ridiculous to not see a diff in the scale.

    So did D1L3 yest and I don't think I pushed to my full potential b/c I was a little scared. I also woke up with a sore throat yest and now today I have sore throat and runny nose. What the heck I very rarely get sick and I've had one problem after another during this workout program. lol not stopping unless I can't breathe anymore! Or if the doc says so. I go on Thursday for a routine visit so I will see if I still feel sick then. I think/hope it's just allergies due to the weather changing.


    Anyways- how did everyone like level 3? Do you feel sore today? My quads are feeling it. I had a hard time doing the pylometrics (sp?) as my knees still hurt some. Getting stronger everyday though!

    Yeah my knees and sholders and abs were feeling it today! lol so basically my entire body was feeling it! lol Dont forget everyone that wednesday is out last 1/2 way mark weigh in!! Hard to believe tomorrow is our half way mark of level 3! Look how far we have come!!! Sorry to hear your sick Erica, with both babies I got sick a lot the first year after i had them. Dr says its due to all the changes your body is still making.

    Day 2 level 3 is done. There must be something going around, Sunday I had a sore throat and a stuffy nose. Today I'm still feeling iffy. Hope everyone is feeling better and still hanging in there!
  • Well I completed Level 2 last night. I will be starting Level 3 after I type this message. I am afraid... I will be honest... :ohwell:

    5.6 pounds


    Not bad... I am hoping for a few more pounds in the next 10 days... my goal is another 5 pounds...

    Well everyone, I didn't shred yesterday. This sickness which I think is a chest cold has left it hard to breathe. So I was going to go on as normal if I can and double up one of the days I feel better. I haven't been sick since 2009! I feel crappy that I didn't work out but also like to be able to breathe!

  • Feeling down... I need a pick me up... I didn't shred yesterday, I just felt I needed a break... I know how important it is to get back on today or it might be too late... I have to do Level 3 day 1 tonight... I will do it!!

    Any words of encouragement would be appreciated!

    Thanks! I wouldn't say I'm feeling better but I'm more used to my symptoms. I was able to do the shred twice yest so now I'm caught up. I also did zumba and boy my body is aching today! I am also getting rug burn on my fore arms/elbow I don't have a mat lol Too broke to buy one.

    the rug burn is normal! lol i also have it on my knuckles from the plank row leg lift things from being on my weights knuckles on the carpet. lol Small price to pay. Erica, so glad you got caught up. We need to finish strong, together, and on time!!! Who else is all caught up and on schedule with erica and I?? Tomorrow is the half way weigh in!!!

    So is it bug, Kristyn, and I left? Is Stefa still around? My MIL is visiting for 3 weeks so it's hard to scramble to find time but I'm going to do it. I've been doing some of the moved modified so I guess that's why I don't have knuckle burn yet. Working up my strength.

    Sorry for not updating on this post guys. I HAVE been doing it, just haven't been posting here. I hardly ever get on my computer anymore, just log in from my phone app and it's a pain in the butt to post in the forums on the phone. I have had to double up a few days but I am all caught up. I really enjoyed level 2 and the first day of level 3 kicked my butt. But now I am enjoying it! My weight is just going down soooo slowly and I'm barely losing inches, so I'm a little annoyed. But I'm nursing so I don't want to lower my calories or mess with that. Nursing is most important to me right now. I have lost quite a few inches on my butt! Which is nice because I have a big butt. I can do most things without modifying them, but some things I still do modify or else I will start out doing them the right way and then modify them halfway through. This is fun though, I've really enjoyed the challenge because it has kept me motivated to continue and not just give up. I don't know what I'm gonna do when this challenge is over though!

    and I just finished Lvl3D4, hopefull I will complete Day 5 tonight and be caught up from my Sunday skip day, and then I will weigh-in tomorrow morning and post!
