Hi.. I am just wondering if anyone could give me a suggestion on how to input weight training. Is it necessary to input each exercise. I was thinking there might be a general weight training category that would give you an estimate of calories burned.. Any suggestions. Thanks, Janet

Great During the Day - Fall Apart at Night
