Weight Training

Hi.. I am just wondering if anyone could give me a suggestion on how to input weight training. Is it necessary to input each exercise. I was thinking there might be a general weight training category that would give you an estimate of calories burned.. Any suggestions.
Thanks,
Janet

There is. It is under the cardio section of exercises. You don't get a calorie estimate for the individual exercises you log under the Strength Training section.
Search for weight training or strength training in the cardio section.0 -
Depends on the "weight training". If you're doing classic heavy lifting (2+ minutes rests between sets) you want "Strength Training". For high rep, smaller weight lifting with a minute or less recovery, "circuit training". In between, flip a coin...
As 3dogsrunning sez, they're in the cardio section.0 -
Great thanks everyone. I did find it under the cardio section
