Down 4 lbs this week, super excited to see that number becasue I had the lurking feeling that I was going to gain this week!!! Keep up the good work ladies... and don't get discouraged if the results aren't quite what you want.!! Those weeks I gain weight give me motivation to work extra hard the next week!! Cheers, Heather

Lost 3 lbs

Started at 272, now at 269... quarter of the way to my goal of 12 lbs!!

Yeah, but what happens when we get that big, we will be huge!! Thats why I am stopping this now! I checked out that link to the other message board, and it was great, just what I was looking for, thanks!!

Thanks for all of the ideas guys!! I guess I just grew up in a household where salt was used heavily!! I have used the Mrs. Dash, and they just seem to smell really good, but not taste like much... I will keep trying, something will work!!

I totally hear where you are coming from. I just found this site this week, and I love it!! I only have a few friends so far but they have all been great, the support and motivation really helps!!
