I'm glad I found this thread. :D Everyone's suggestions for the OP are pretty awesome, and I'm going to see what I can find when I go to the grocery.

When I'm stressed, I go for a walk. I can't walk too far most times because I have CP, but sometimes just getting out and getting some energy out of my system helps to calm me down a little bit so I can focus more.

Yay! Welcome. I'm horrible with updating my food diary, but I'm trying to be more diligent with it since I'm trying something new. This place seems great if you like to have people cheer you on. Good luck!

I'm going to try going vegetarian. I'd really like to meet others who are on the same path or are already vegetarian. My sister-in-law is vegetarian, but she's not on here. Having a few new friends to cheer with on the new journey would be awesome. *waves*
