I didn't lose a lb at 1200-1300 calories. It wasn't until I ate more that I started to lose weight! People *claim* there isn't such thing as starvation mode but for me it was true! I was tired and had zero energy and lost zero weight! Upped the calories and it started coming off!

Yup that is what dairy does with me!! Cottage cheese specifically. But I love it so I keep eating it....dang!!

I eat right up until I go to bed and many nights that includes a bowl of ice cream. It hasn't changed anything for me at all. I having been maintaining for over a year =)

If it is from fruit I don't really pay attention.

I use fat free cream cheese then put salsa, onion, green pepper, tomato, and top with low fat shredded cheese. You can also add black olives if you like them =)

Yup no way to really know unless you are wearing a HRM. I have Polar FT4 and am so glad I got it!

Gluten free chocolate granola!!! Eat it every day just change the flavor of yogurt!! Can't get enough!!!

Ya that sounds high for 30 mins. The smaller you are the less you burn too . I am 5'3" and 110 and 30 mins of shred burned under 200 for me!

I am 5' 3" and when I was trying to lose weight (30lbs ago) 1200 calories didn't work for me and that was WITH eating back exercise calories. I was tired all the time and didn't lose anything. When I bumped up to 1600 with eating back calories that is where I lost weight. I now maintain at 1800-2200 depending on how active…

For me it was just not reading nutrition info and having way to many servings at a time. I would get a coffee from dunkin everyday with extra extra so that coffee was 400 calories a lone! I have a fitbit and love it!!! I have been maintaining off using this in combo with my heart rate monitor for high impact cardio. I also like that it is small and no one knows you are wearing it unlike the bodyfit media!

Ok hun if you are looking in the mirror and seeing fat then I would think you may be having a hard time. I am the same height and weight (110) and I am only 14-15% fat.......... so far from fat. If you are looking in the mirror and see fat then I am concerned for you =( Maybe talking to someone is best!!

I have cheat weekends. I mean I don't eat overly horrible but I eat way above maintenance it hasn't affected me in the least. So I train hard and eat clean all week then weekends I eat what I want =)

Some woman can gain upwards of 5lbs during their cycle so you main see a gain. I don't see any change but I think I am a minority there =)

You can really use any fruit. I don't put bananas in mine at all. I add raspberries, blueberries, strawberries, apples, kiwi, spinach, mango etc. I have even made one with pumpkin =) Get creative no need for bananas =)

Also drop the prepackaged stuff and opt for more fresh fruits and veggies and lean meat. A lot of the frozen lean cuisines and lipton pouches are high in sodium and really are not that great for you!
