I am 5'3" and lost NOTHING at 1200 calories! LOST at 400-1600 and maintain at 2000+ =)

I haven't had mine in quite sometime either. I am 5'3" and 110lbs but I eat over 2000 calories a day so I know it isn't that. I have an athletic body fat percentage so I think this is the reason it is missing! I have since started a hormone cream to balance my hormones!

Yes this happened to me I haven't had it in over a year due to low bf%. Last time I was tested it was 14.7%. I do however eat over 2,000 calories a day and don't exercise more than 30-60 mins. I use a HRM and log it that way!!! I too am doing CLX and I burn anywhere from 160 + . I have had amazing results from CLX and I am using anywhere from 12-25lbs on the different exercises. I would say that it has help me gain strength and muscle so to me it is lifting =) We all start somewhere!

Yup I am gluten free and feel great. I didn't realize how much it affected me until I took it out of my diet!

I have both and love both!!! If I had to choose one it would be HRM aas it gives you the most accurate burn for high cardio activities. A fitbit is good if you are only doing walking but it wont be 100% accurate as a calorie counter.

Because you are so small already and not trying to lose weight I would just do strength training. That will help tighten up everything. I am 5'3" and do some cardio just because I enjoy it (running) but mostly do weights.

I eat most of my calories later in the day it doesn't matter! Your body doesn't know how to tell time!

I am 5'3" and went from 138 to 110 and honestly it was eating more that did it. At 1200 I was stuck and lost NOTHING!!! Once I went to 1600+ the weight fell off.......... Other important things I did was buy a HRM and use a food scale =)

obsessed=dedicated........... Come here and let it all out. When ppl are not on the fitness/health wagon they think we are obsessed but really they just don't have the desire or motivation to do it.........

Yup they both have some low calorie options and Olive Garden just added a few lower calorie meals too =)

Mine has done it a few times I just re-wet the strap and put it back on and then it is fine!

HRM=Heart rate Monitor BMR=Basal metabolic rate=How many calories you would burn in a coma (to live without moving around) TDEE =Total daily energy expenditure=your BMR and all other activites =)

I didn't read everything but I would weigh all food and use a heart rate monitor to see what you are burning. This overestimates by a ton and so doesn't the machines. As for eating back exercise calories YES!!!! MFP already gives you a deficit and you do not want a larger one as it can stall weight loss!
