Yup love mine and wear it daily. I do strength training and NO it doesnt work well for that. But I just eat back everything else it synchs (maintance) and have had no problem maintaining =)

You can do Chalean. I just finished month 1 =) You can adjust it to your level pretty easy and just keep working up =)

Yup weights is were it is at =) That and a healthy diet you will be fine and probably lose more fat with weight training!!

Yup have always ate every last exercise calorie!!! I went from 21% + body fat % to now 14.5% body fat!!!!! MFP gives you at 500 calorie deficit without exercise so if you work out and burn another 500 you are creating a 1000 calorie deficit. I didnt lose my weight until I ate enough so for me it was 1500-1700 to lose…

I would do nothing. I have cheat days every weekend and it doesn't do anything to the scale. It is good to keep the body guessing every once in a while =)

Yup always have and always will. When I was eating 1200 calories I didn't lose a single pound. When I upped my calories AND ate back my exercise the weight started coming right off!!! I work hard so I can eat so yes I eat back my calories ;)

Yup you are not eating enough so your body is holding on to everything you do eat! I didn't lose a single pound at 1200 calories but at 1600-1800 the weight was coming off fast!

I am 5'3" and 14% bf and weigh 110. I do cardio 4 times a week and strength train 2-3 times a week. I lose at 1600-1800 and maintain at 2000-2400 =)

I still enjoy my alcoholic beverages I just count them in my calories.......it hasnt hindered any progress!!

I ate pretty healthy and wasnt over weight but now I cringe knowing what I did eat. I never looked at the calories or serving sizes. I use to drink everday a coffee from dunkin with extra extra...200-300 calories just for coffee.....good thing I didnt eat breakfast then! Other things I noticed is I was eating like 2-3…

Usually when I can find the time however I find that I burn so much more when I do it at night after the kids are in bed!!

Yup too low!!! I didnt lose a thing until I upped my calories then the weight came off. I couldnt figure out how I was maintaining at 1200.........it was because it wasnt enough!!

Yup blue dye tests are notorious for what they call evap lines. I have this happen to me many times. Buy an EPT red lines test they are more accurate. I have gotten several false positives on blue dye ones!!

I am thinking that is not enough calories =) I eat 2000-2200 to maintain and I dont think you are really in need of losing weight more toning and weights is what you need not so much cardio!

No I dont think it is too low. I am 5'3" and I weigh 110 I wont go below that but 110 looks good on my frame =)
