It was an adjustment but I never had a problem eating my calories. I just made healthy choices to hit that number =) Mainance on this site was supposedly 1600 but I have found it is 2000 =)

My bf% is 14.7 and I still get my period. It did disappear when I first hit this bf% but it is now back =)
-
Last time I checked I was 14.7%. I am 5'3" 110lbs! I still enjoy everything from chocolates, carbs and alcohol etc. I don't mind going up in bf% but I am happy with where I am at =)

Oh ya and there isnt a subscription you have to pay for with the fitbit =)

I have the fitbit and LOVE it. Found out I was way under eating based on how active I am. I love how small it is and noone knows I am wearing it where as the other is a big bulky thing on your arm. I have cross compared a running activity with my HRM and it was dead on with my fitbit. Yes the Body fit uses a sensor based…

I do!!! I am in maintance mode and count everything during the week but weekends are mine and I eat what I want within reason. I do go way over in calories but it hasnt made me gain anything! I am also very active on the weekends so that helps!
-
I am 5' 3" and started at 138lbs and am now maintaining at 110. 1200 wasnt even enough for me I was still losing weight at 1500-1700 plus exercise calories. I am now maintaining at 1900-2200!! so 1000 is way tooo low!
-
Yup both are way off and usually overestimate. When I got my HRM I found I was way overestimating everything!! I have the Polar ft4 and it was 65 shipped to my door and I love it!

My stomach was the last thing to firm up and strength training did it for me. I cut back on the cardio upped the strength training and ate clean and upped my calories from 1200 (way to low for most ppl) to around 1500-1700 and that fat layer disappeared =)
-
Yup you will get there. I have two kiddos and you can see my abs in my after =)
-
No worries the other person guessed 135!!
-
I am 110 =)
-
oops i am 5'3"
-
amy 130? Hard to tell from a face pic =)
-
Yes you need more calories!!! 1200 isn't enough calories let alone 1100!! I actually didn't lose weight until I started eating 1600 and I now maintain at 1900-2000
-
Yes eat back your calories you burn but like others said MFP can overestimate calorie burn as does the machines. I would suggest a HRM to get an accurate burn!
-
I have something sweet treat like daily I just figure it into my macros! I figure I am not going to give this stuff up for life so I just work it in in moderation =)
-
Yup I bet you are not eating enough. Eat more protein it will leave you satisfied longer!
-
Yup I do this on weekends. I don't know if I would call them binge days so to speak but I do eat what I want and I don't calorie count. I still make healthy choices for food as I am gluten free but I eat what I want. Usually the weekends are go go go so I am more active so it doesn't bother me. I know I have had some…
-
yup I lost most of my weight at higher calories =)
-
I am 5' 3" and 110 and I eat 1800-2000 calories a day to maintain with no workout. I get cleared to workout next week (had surgery) so I will be eating 2400 calories a day!
-
I had diastasis recti but it was severe. I had a 4 inch gap and no matter how hard I worked I couldnt fix it. My bf% was at 14.7% but because of the diastasis it protruded. I also had a hernia so I had surgery 5 weeks ago to fix both. But in my profile pic that was before surgery so you can see it didnt look too horrible.…

I am 5'3" and weigh 110 and I have found my maintance to be around 1800-2400 depending on how active I am. So it cant be 1400 for you especially while walking that much in a day! MFP puts me at 1500 for maintance but I lose weight at that level!

I always go up by 3lbs after the weekends. I am in maintance and always eat what I want on weekends and dont log. The scale always goes up but it isnt a true gain and comes back down after a few days of pushing water =)

I am under my happy weight and am happy with my current weight =)
-
I have one on my lower back and on my shoulder. I want another one but not sure where. I really like the foot and ribs ;)
-
Mine are 19.5 and 19.75 inches but would like them to be bigger with muscle.
-
I have two that I am thankful for daily. My first now 6 had open heart surgery at 8wks old. My second now 3 has lots of food intolerances (28). We are def done but I wouldnt change it for the world. They are my world!

Mine was 6000 and did get billed to insurance and it looks like insurance did pick up a great portion of it. =) I think it was because of the hernia so the hospital stay and surgery got covered!
