NEVER comb/brush your hair wet! EVER! It will give you bad split ends, when your hair is wet it weakens because your hair is a protein fiber, protein fibers get weaker when when so it break WAY easier.

The only this I know that's bad for your hair is if your brush/comb/run fingers through if your hair is WET. Your hair gets weaker when its wet so it will break easier. So if you do anything to your hair just make sure it's dry first :)

Opposite in my house, my bf throws stuff in trash without bag all the time, sooo annoying. Sometimes I will be taking out the trash and he already throws stuff in trashcan before I even had chance to put a new bag in it.

hahaha soooo true I don't have dishwasher but I have a thing to put it to dry on. Everytime my bf does dishes he only does half because he "runs out of space" to put the dishes, i could fit 4 times of what he does on the dish rack, lol

Watching your calories and what you eat and exercising will have the same results. It's not any different from any other diet. It's just some people do better with structured plan/program because a lot of people have hard time controlling what they eat and a program usually helps them. But it's not magical, just calorie…

If you can I suggest you get HRM-it will be best investment you will ever make; it's the only way to really tell how much you're trully burning, all the websites including MFP do "guess" work, so it's innacurate in most cases because everyone is different.

Yep totally, MFP used to overestimate mine by about 200-500 per hour of exercise, it used to say I would burn 1000 cals when my HRM said like 550!
