Day 4 and ALREADY injured

Hi everyone,
I'm up to day 4 of the 30 day shred which is also day 14 (or close enough) of my lifestyle change! I don't know if I'm hurt from work or doing the shred, but my right shoulder is hurting a lot =( I can barely lift my right arm (let alone do the push ups and strength work needed for the shred) does anyone know how to stop it hurting - like some stretches or something? Its been like this for 3 days (I've taken a few days off the shred because I didn't want to hurt it more).

The shred f***ed my ankle, I couldn’t exercise for a whole week! It’s too high impact on joing including knees, arms and ankles. May I suggest an alternative future exercise?

It’s only $18, you won’t regret it, it mix of Tae Bo and bit of dancing, works every muscle in your body. It will take like 3 workouts to get used to the sequence of the moves but you’ll love it! It comes with extra video called “learn and burn”, where the super nice and motivating instructor teaches you the moves.
Also it has a ton of people in the video, people who have actually lost weight with Turbo Jam and not just “fitness models” that Jillian has, I hate those two boring chicks, they look like they hate the exercise as much as you do, in Turbo Jam every person is smiling and so into the exercise, it’s sooooo motivating!0 -

I pulled one of my scaps in level 2 the first time I did it.
My knees couldn't handle all the jumping the second time around - and RIGHT before I was going to move into level 3.
*sigh* I'm just not built for that workout.
JM's other videos are good with me, though.
I say rest up and try again - or try Banish Fat, Boost Metabolism. You don't use weights but man is it ever tough.0 -

I was tossing up between 30DS and Banish Fat, Boost Metabolism when I first bought the dvd. I'm going to get back into the 30DS but maybe take it a bit easier on my shoulders until it stops hurting. I looked at level 2 and you definitely need both shoulders working for that haha0 -
