I'm sorry. You should seek real help from a legitimate source. The people on this forum cannot hold your hand and walk you into a police station, or therapy session. Please find help.

I'm in the same boat. Still got some exercise in today though. (I usually do every other day) But I only did about 75% as much as usual.

I love having a bedtime snack. It actually helps me sleep better :)

I use Your Shape 2012 as my main workout. I love it. I have had it for a few months now and am not bored of it yet :)

I have two kids. I work out while the 7yr old is in school and I let my 4 yr old go watch cartoons in my bedroom while I exercise in the living room.

I'd love to do some of my workouts outdoors as well... BUT I live in a trailer park, and don't want to be that crazy person everyone talks about, lol

I started out with 2lb (would have chosen 3 if they had been available to me at the time) I'm just moving up to 5lb (some of the exercises)

I am also a picky eater. I find it a great help to have some low-sodium V8 vegetable cocktail. And if you still can't stand that, they also make it in a few fruit flavors. (which I've even been able to get my kids to drink) And if you like mac and cheese, Kraft Dinner makes a vegetable mac and cheese (my kids eat this too)

I do try to read while on the stationary bike. :) But once I start going hard, I have to put it down so I can work!

My regular daily cleaning is not exercise. But I do count it in when I am either washing the floors and windows, or re-arranging furniture, cleaning out the shed, doing yard work, etc. The daily stuff doesn't count to me.

Sorry I haven't checked in on the thread in a bit. We were really thinking Australia, or New Zealand. I don't have any skills myself, but my boyfriend is a carpenter. Thank you for all your suggestions. I wouldn't move to a third world country. And I don't plan on escaping reality. Nor dragging my children on some crazy…
