I love Zumba... I didn't like Broccoli before but I'm starting to tolerate it... I look great in the mirror at home! It's when there's a picture taken of me in a group of friends or with my kids, husband, etc. that I actually "see" that I don't look as great as I thought. Then I start with the mind games of "How could you think that you looked good when you don't?" It's frustrating
