I love ZUMBA!!!!! i started off by doing a few videos on youtube which along with MFP helped me loose 20 lbs in two months. Ok, I am not sure if this will count as a desert but I love this... 6 ritz crackers 1 tablespoon of grape jelly Spread jelly on crackers and enjoy. Total 150 calories! and a great way to silence a sweet tooth.

We lead similar lives... I do the same but I do take the time to log them anyway if I do go over for that day (However I dont over do it), Sometimes I will add in an extra workout to compensate for the overages and sometimes I dont. Major support needed....after losing 7 pounds last week and stepping on the scale to see that I have gained 0.4 pounds, has discouraged me...Why am I gaining. I feel like giving up. I exercise 6 days out of the week and remain under my calorie goal. IDK..any advice.

i recently tried lemon pepper chicken.. wash your chicken really good. sprinkle on some lemon pepper seasoning (found in spices isle at grocery store) and pop in the oven covered and bake for 45 min to 1 hour.

I usuallly buy the frozen fruit and just use 2% milk. Works pretty well for me. Or you can use fresh fruit. I cup of fruit and 1 cup of milk.

Yeah you suppossed to eat them back if you put in the beginning that you do no exercise. Its a personal choice though. I dont eat them all. I am on 1200 and i eat some of them.

No you are right it is 3500 per week because it is assumed that there is 3500 calories in one pound of fat. Go BLUE!

Hey that is awesome. I have been on here a week and a half and have only lost 3lbs of water weight. Can someone help me undersand MFP better. I know you have to meet your calorie goals and workout but how do you ensure that you lose weight.
