Ok, here is my nsv...I just found out today that my boss had commented to a co-worker and asked him if I had lost weight. He said yeah why? My boss said that my pants were baggy and I looked thinner in the face.
Well I started out out 275lbs and have lost almost 10lbs and have dropped three pant sizes...from 46 to 40inch comfortably.
Yeah for me...even my wife is seeing a big difference in my size.

    Nice job! I'm just starting on MFP- so I'm learning the lingo! I do my first self-weigh in on Monday... so hopefully I'll have an on-scale victory-

    Non scale victory...when somebody or yourself notices your progress in the battle of the bulge.
