Some people believe that if you are on a caloriies restrictive diet a cheat day my prevent your system going into starvation mode and slowing your metabolism. So for some people and depending on the diet a cheat day might be a good thing. Just my opinion

I cant say for the semi buff guys however in my case is more about her state of mind that anything. For me if a woman have a healthy state of mind (feel good about herself, fell sexy and have a good personality) is very important. I think that maybe you are genrelizing a bit.

I have work nights a lot.
