Some tips. 1. Use the same scale 2 . Weigt yourself always at the same time of day. (I prefer mornings. ) Your weight can fluctuate couple of pounds in one day depending on your daily routine and time of day.

I also use a heart rate monitor and it always give me a more consebative calorie burn. However I do prefer the eliptical not only becuase you normally work out harder but it also better for your knees as it eliminate the impact of the tredmil.

I dont have any experience in breast other the usual play time but it sound like you might want to see a Doctor. For what I know lumps in the breast is not a good thing.

I am no expert but maybe you need to switch your rutine a little bit. For example, change the cardio rate to a more demanding one or increase your time. Well every person is diferent, however for me is once i start taking less calories i start losing about a pound or 2 a day. It hapens keeep going. It my be a good Idea to review your nutrition settings.. You migth have to readjust to lower your calories intake. Or increase your excercise. However what ever you do dont give up YOU CAN DO IT
