Wanting to feel good about myself again!!!!

Hoping this site will keep me motivated and on track. Going to try and have meat and salad/veges everynight and exercise at least 30 minutes a day on the tredmil. Does anyone have a good way to motivate themselves??? Reason for being overweight is mostly because i snack alot and dont eat proper meals. Might eat breakfast and then dinner but snack heaps through the day.

Hello well we all here for the same reason and every one has diffrent weaknesses. HOwever, this site is very good about motivation fell free to add me if you like.
