  • I have had quite a bit of energy all day long. I don't eat before (I do this at 5am before getting ready for work) but I do have a protein shake right after. I usually also do PM cardio workouts in addition to BR in the mornings.

  • I agree that you can eat on a budget and lose weight if you just eat smaller portions. If you eat 6 times a day like you say.... you could also cut out 1-2 of those and only eat 4-5 times per day if you can't seem to eat smaller meals.

  • i always exercise in the morning before eating... (4:30 am) i dont want to wait around after eating something to work out. I prefer it, when ive worked out after eating - like in the night time- it feels different to me and i dont like it. calories burned would come out the same, i think its just preference.

  • I had it too... but it became depressing to me and made my moods bad. I have stopped and only weigh every few days to check up on it and i am in way better moods now!! not upset and depressed every time it would go up and down.
  • in a comparison, i always choose fewer carbs, higher protein, lower fat pretty much in that order (not as concerned about fat as with carbs). I don't think you can ever go wrong with out some of the extra carbs. edit to add- CALORIES ARE #1, macros are secondary!!
