I was wondering if anyone else gets super hungry all day after starting weight training?? I used to be able to exercise (Jillian, elliptical, cardio stuff) and still eat under 1200 calories (i know you are not supposed to), i now eat 1400-1600 depending on exercise, so dont yell at me for that!! squat intensity - weights or plyo??
For the Jillian Michaels Body Revolution I am trying to do this with as much weight/intensity as I can to maximize the results. Do you think doing the squats & sumo squats would be better with the weights or the jumping version?? Thanks!!

Recovery drink necessary?
Is it critical to drink a recovery drink or eat within a hour of your workout? Can you wait 2-3 hours or would there be negative effects to doing so? I don’t feel like I am hungry until after I shower and get ready and get to work, so I sometimes feel it’s a waste of calories that i have to take out of my day just to drink…

Goals - Sugar 25 grams?? what about fruit??
So MFP gives you about 25 grams of sugar on your goals. An apple is what, about 16 sugars? Are we not supposed to have more than one fruit per day to make sure we are not over on sugar?
