  • I am afraid to try to put a weight on mine in fear of it being off !!!! Mine seems to always have an error the first time i step on it, then i re - weigh 2-3 times till i get a few matches.... stupid scales!!!
  • You really need to follow your Dr/Nutritionists guidelines (usually pretty low carb). Usually they want you pretty low carb and getting your protein in and eliminating the carbs for quite a while. Did they give you gidelines? That is what you should follow, not the MFP settings.
  • oh yeah, i did forget the tomatos and seasonings are allowed... so yes it is healthy food and it sounds like your dad is eating the exact diet too. DR's charge lots of money to put them on this diet... it is money in there pocket. Sorry but HCG is only FDA approved as a fertility drug and studys HAVE NOT proven it works…
  • UM, GIRL... that is the HCG diet to a T!!! And yes it is 500 calories of meat, veggies, and fruit of that exact description. It is a starvation diet no matter what they say and that is probably why she went to the hospital.... effects of starvation.
  • Although this looks like an unlimited STRAWBERRY diet, I doubt a Dr would put anyone on it, especially since October. HCG is perscribed by DR's since they make lots of money doing it.   • Wow, you defiantly should not be wanting or losing weight and your calories are less than 500 per day. Your Dr. or Nutritionist should be the one advising you on how to eat more food.
  • I prefer to excersize in the morning on a empty stomach before i shower. It is more consistant as others have said and easier for me not to have to figure out something to eat, then wait so i dont get a tummy ache, etc. i just do it, shower and then have my coffee, get ready for the day and so on.

  • i have this problem, especially at work (desk job) I want to eat all the time even when i am not hungry. I am going to not have anything convenient to eat and kinda schedule eating times to break the habit.

  • You really cant expect more than 1-2 lbs per week (500-1000 calorie deficit) so you have lost quite a bit in the first 5 days. Weighloss isnt a quick process.
