I would suggest eating more healthy foods more often thought the day to get all your calories in. Maybe protein shakes would help? they have soy, whey, and egg whites depending on your dietary tolerances. Also maybe switch out all bad foods for good foods, like the white bread for whole wheat/whole grain bread. Maybe add…

I do the same rubbermade 1 quart- I know i must drink 2 per day. Now I end up drinking about 4 per day!! ( i reach for water now instead of food )

I am very motivated to exercise right now... i have 10 lbs left to go and have never been more motivated.... the way I see it is that I better take advantage of my motivation now and get into the habit of working out since I will have to continue to maintain !!

Again, depends on your skin elasticity. I know many who have lost and have had no huge issue with their skin, BUT, for me at age 21 i went from 255 to 135 and my skin was saggy!!! i had an arm lift and tummy tuck just to look "normal" lol. Leslie Sandsone (sp?) walk away the pounds (walmart has them) they are easier to do and you can do a 1-5 mile (15-45 min i believe) they are really good without being too intense.

I wouldnt dare do P90x myself.... im doing Jillian's DVD's and they are hard work! I really like them and if they get too "easy" ill move up from there. for reference i'm 147 down from 181.

well, i agree that sugars are not too great for anything anyway, so whole grains, veggies, proteins, etc is common sense to me. that dosnt seem too extreme- like no grains, no fruits, stay under this, stay under that... you know?
