  • Definitely in the big calf club!! I have lost fat off them as I've lost weight. More importantly, I've been doing yoga for almost two years, and I've noticed a huge change in their shape, even back when I was almost 20 lbs heavier. I don't know if it's just better muscle tone or if all the stretching has made the muscles a…
  • I'm 5'2", 29 years old Starting weight: 133, back in August (my highest ever, blah!) Current weight: 116.6 Goal weight: 113, just to make it an even 20 lbs lost, then I'll re-evaluate and decide where I want to be from there. I try to leave a perfect 500 calorie deficit between calories in and out each day, which means I…
  • I like to make a big crock-pot of black beans, nice and spicy, and a big pot of rice on the weekend. Throw ~3/4 cup of each together in a tupperware, add some salsa or a veggie on the side. Perfect lunch all week for <400 cals! A big pot of chili (mine is vegetarian, ~3g of fat and ~15g of protein, somewhere around 250…

I could use just a smidge more room in my new jeans, but I don't know if I want to fit into a size two...I'm rather curvy in the…
  • My official weigh-in is Wednesday mornings...give me a chance to recover from indulgence on the weekends, and it also gives me something to look forward to in the middle of the week! I do tend to cheat and "peek" other days of the week though :)
  • I'd like to be 115 on Thanksgiving! Started out at 133 (I'm 5'2") in August, currently 118. For once I'd like to go into the holiday season feeling fit and slim, instead of already feeling icky and adopting the "ah screw it!" attitude that leads me to gain 5 lbs between Thanksgiving and Christmas.
