I tend to drink lots of tea and coffee with skimmed milk, having de-caf after noon, each is about 20-25kcal... I think I might need to cut this down!

Thanks for the comments - my target is to lose 2 lbs per week, every week. I have set a splurge date every two weeks, so Sunday was my last, then 11th December will be my next, followed by Christmas day (that simply has to be a splurge day). I have also started P90X3 again as I want to ensure I do some decent exercise to…

I like the fact I can eat what I want for that…

Me... started Monday!

Hi All - I started P90X3 on Monday and would love some like minded people to get together and help each other through the next 13 weeks!
-
Mine arrive today, so fitness test and start Monday, I'm also looking to link up with others on P90x3. Might be worth starting a new group!?
-
I want to start Monday 30th December... Going to do P90x/t25 hybrid for 90 days - then another hybrid for next 30 days :-) What are you planning on starting?
-
I start on Friday (it fits in with my work that way) if anyone wants to join me :)
-
This is my second round, although I didn't make the full 90 days the first time! I started Monday so it would be see how everyone is getting on :-)
-
I started on may 13th also, I tried at the beginning of the year (new years resolution) but we had terrible weather and training in a garage with snow proved too much and I stopped a few weeks short! I did follow the nutrition (macros) at least! I restarted on 13th may like yourself and Bradhall. Feel free to add me as…

I am planning on a P90X - Insanity hybrid... you already have both, so use them to get the best of both worlds! There are links online for hybrid plans.
-
No - just glad to help!

Why call it a cheat day? Not exercising for the day is a rest day (you should have one of these) And if you train hard all week why not settle for a treat meal - one meal a week eat what you want for being good all week, reward yourself, see it as a positive and as it is only a meal, it wont do too much harm... eating what…
-
Hi Mike - it certainly does look like we are, I have about a stone to shift and also completed Insanity before Christmas... added :¬D
-
Hi I am sort of following the nutrition - I follow the Macro Nutrition 50% Protein, 30 Carbs and 20 fat - try to eat as healthy as possible... it makes it much easier than following the diet full on! Good luck and well done on the effort so far.
-
Hard work - but am loving it at the moment. day 3 for me today so really feeling it!
-
Hi I have started a group and would love to have you join in as well - I am starting New Years Eve as it is a Monday! Round 1 here we come!!!! http://www.myfitnesspal.com/groups/home/10189-p90x-new-year-challenge-2013

Insanity is... Well, Insane! The first month is ok and manageable, the second month is a real tough killer session 6 days a week, but you learn to love it! It is hard on the knees so be careful if they usually cause you problems.
-
Bump - this is good to know!
-
Thanks for the invite - sarahlouise7 - my first time on P90X too, although pull ups can be doen with a chair (watch the first disc and you'll see). I am starting on 31st too!
-
I know I seem to have hijacked this thread, but I wanted to start a group and will post on here to offer assistance and encouragement as well as maintain my own motivation! Feel free to add or PM me! I have started a group where we can all share our experiences and results!…

@Lambja - If you love your running I would do some kind of hybrid whereby you replace running for the Insanity workouts - best of both worlds! (see the workout sheet link above) Let me know what you do as I would love to know how you get on with it as I love running and gave it up for Insanity.
-
WOW - this is great - I love the fact that there is a real interest in P90X. I have never done it, but having just completed Insanity I kind of know what to expect! @JodaNord - www.P90Xworksheets.com there are loads of sheets and info as well as hybrid. Not long now!
-
I have just finished - Month 1 builds your strength up, month two... thats a whole new level. It gets tough and will be hard, but as long as you can stay motivated you will get through it and see some really good results. With the nutirion, it simply wasnt practical for me to follow, so I decided to eat heathily and to…

Some fantastic responses! I have just finished Insanity - now a couple of weeks off over Christmas then Monday 31st December I start P90X. I dont plan on using Facebook for accounability, but will happily share my experiences and results on here to help encourage others and keep me motivated. It's really nice to see so…

Looks like its just you and I for the New Year P90X push! Unless there are any others interested in joining?
-
Yorskhire tea, PG tips or English Breakfast - with a spash of milk!
-
It's hard work - especially on the knees. The second month you have to step up again and that is really hard, but you feel as though you have really worked hard. I really want to do P90X for the weights to tone and build some definition. I am using Insanity to drop some weight - which seems to have happened so far.
-
The Spartacus workout... I did 6 weeks of it before Insanity and most of my weight loss was with that.
