Depends on what you can spend but I know Polar is a great one. I could not afford that right now so I purchased the one from Walmart that has the chest strap and it works great! Cost $50.

Honestly is looking back at pictures and knowing I never want to feel that sad ever again while hiding behind a smile. Each step I take farther from my starting weight keeps me from ever wanting to have to do that journey all over again. Hang in there and know you are worth it!
