Trouble w/HRM
I have a heart rate monitor that has the chest strap and it has always worked great for me. Has anyone ever worn their HRM while swimming laps? Mine says it is water proof but I am not sure if that is too long submerged in water. I would like to see if I can get an accurate count while doing laps while we are away this weekend. If not I will use the calculations on here....just thought I would ask.
