What do you set as your daily calorie burn goal? Do you only include actual workout time or all of your days activities toward your goal? I want to get some input about a decision I need to make as far as my own burn goal. Thanks guys!

I only count the actual time spent in my workout clothes and shoes and engaged in exercise. I don't count mopping the floor, other housework, or walking the mall while shopping.

You will find people on here who do both and a combination of both (on those extra heavy cleaning days). But in the end, you have to do what feels comfortable to you.

I think this should depend upon what you entered when you joined with regard to your daily activity level. If you have a desk job and don't move around much and counted yourself as sedentary, the computer's worked out how much you need to do in addition to that, so I think you need to count it if you have a day in which you are very busy on your feet. If you have said that you're moderately active, you don't need to count that. The site is figuring in that activity level and adding it onto your basal metabolic rate etc. etc. Make sense? I've asked myself the same question... I added a little walking today because I did a little extra activity in my day including a short but intense uphill walk, but usually don't count in the daily busy-ness feeding horses and stuff because I said I was moderately active.
