  • In addition to all the other suggestion which I would have checked first, have your thyroid checked. I experienced a bout of tiredness beyond what I would consider normal and it was because my thyroid level was off.
  • Can you get one of those pedometers to track your miles? It may help to see how many steps you take each day! 10,000 is supposed to be a really healthy amount. I think you should def log this time!
