I think most of the weight I carry is in my stomach area too! I think because I have the biggest problem with it, it takes the longest for me to actually see results.

Despite what we've been saying, this week has been really good for us as a team! Tomorrow I finally have a day off so I'm planning on doing a more intense workout.

I'm fine with the points system, but if it changes that would be okay with me too. I agree with maybe a little variation during the week with the exercises!

I always eat under my calories, its hard for me to eat over. I'm not really tracking my sugar as much as my sodium. I already feel a lot better because I've eliminated a lot of salty things. I'm ready to amp up my exercise too! I've been slacking these past few days. no more laziness for me!
