I am starting it on January 15th! Can't wait! The A Little Obsessed workouts are getting me really pumped!

That's awesome! Congratulations! And keep up the hard work :)

Thank you everyone for the posts! I am looking for more of an at home workout video. I have a home gym with a barbell, squat rack, bench, elliptical, dumbbells and kettle bells. I'm in pretty good shape so it's not like I need a complete over haul. I'm just hoping to get tighten up a bit before the big day :)

I'd love to join! I have done both 30DS and RI30 2 years ago but definitely is worth doing again! I got such great results the first time, can't wait to see them again :)

Awesome job! I can't believe that's just from 30 days! I just started Supreme 90 this week and love it so far! i really like the variety that it offers with so many different workouts. I have done both 30 Day Shred and Ripped in 30 but I got really bored of doing the same workouts day after day so I just found S90 and love…

I did 1 round of Ripped in 30 last spring and am currently doing a 2nd round. I spend 1 week on each level and find that works best for me. I tend to get bored of each level fairly quickly. Also my body adjusts to the workouts as well so they are not as challenging/effective if you spend too long on the same level. That's…

Wow! You look amazing! I can't believe that it made that much of a difference depending on the type of lifting you did! Congrats, you should feel really proud! :)

Thanks for the advice everyone :) I think I'm going to try this! I noticed a few weeks ago that when I wasn't as strict with my 1200 cals, I actually seemed to be maintaining and even lost a little but have been too nervous to up my cals permanently! Definitely going to try it out though!!
-
Thanks for the input! My thoughts now are to whether my calorie limit is too low? I've been doing 1200 cals plus eating back my exercise cals. However, maybe the "eat more to lose more" may be true in my case. If I don't start losing by the end of this week I think I'm going to up my cals a little and see how that treats…

Yes, I cut back a lot! I used to pretty much eat whatever I wanted but since starting these workouts I definitely changed my diet. I try to stay between 1200-1300 cals/day (but I'm not too strict about it), as well as cutting out a lot of processed foods and snacks and replacing them with veggies. I also just cut back on…

I know! I am so glad I took pictures because before I had compared them I really didn't think that my body had changed at all after 30DS! I guess Ripped really did make a difference, even though the scale hardly moved! haha

Thanks everyone!! I'm really glad that this is inspiring others to try out these workouts, it was posts like this that gave me the inspiration to start doing them! I definitely recommend these DVD's to anyone (especially 30DS) of any ability level! :)

Nope! I just worked really hard on making sure I did it as much as possible and worked as hard as possible everytime! Also worked really hard to eat right and not eat too much! haha

Thanks!

Thanks yeah I think I will definitely have to go talk to someone about it, its awful when I have to take a day off from exercising just because my shins hurt :/ The worst part is that it doesn't just do happen when I'm running, it happens from pretty much any cardio workout, even at home workouts.

Welcome! :)

I'm in the middle of week 2 and am finding it to be much more challenging than 30DS. But definitely do-able! Feel free to add me!

I'm in as well! I started Monday so I'm on Day 3 Level 1.

Thanks everyone for giving such great advice! Just knowing that I can post my thoughts at anytime and get any number of responses makes me feel very suported which definitely will help stay on track when I'm having an off day.
