I don't log Saturday's...why? Because 90% of the time we go out as a family which means a ton of sharing off of each others plates. Its the day we usually have pot luck dinners and good luck trying to figure out those calories anyways. Plus, it gives me a day where I can forget about it and just live life without checking…

I just glanced at a few days and it seems like you are really under eating. Its one thing to leave 50-100 calories, it's another to leave 400-500 calories left to eat. I know it seems crazy but eat what you are suppose to. Also, give you're body time to adjust. It took me a week to lose 2 pounds and I haven't lost anything…

Whatever works for you. Some days I (like today) I have 2 500 calorie meals with snacks a few times...other days I have about 6-7 200-300 calorie meals.

I completely understand...but do it in the morning before you take your shower then you'll feel so much better!

I wouldn't cut the recovery day...it focuses more on balance, muscle building, and control. I'll just take and let the 6th day fall on the next week like someone said and let the extra week add up.

I think of this when I go to a place like IHOP that has all types of foods and I want EVERYTHING. Some times I catch myself thinking that I'm going to miss out and not have the chance to eat XYZ later so I want it now. I've learned it helps me to focus on 1 thing and keep my meals simple to keep from over eating.

Whew...at least my donuts are still safe! I love it on my races when people hand out donuts :) After all, that is why I run!

I started over and I'm so glad I did! I feel so much better and was actually able to accomplish day 2.

I just got the 3 pound weights and used them as long as I could then did without til I could do the full video with them.

I usually either have a fiber one bar or 3 plain eggo waffles so I have something to get me through my workout. Then its a shake after...I usually don't have "real food" til about 11 or so.

I think you're on the right track! Those shakes are great...BUT if they think they are going to drink them for a meal and eat whatever else they want nothing will happen. I like your idea that if they can track what they eat for a month then the shakes can be their reward type thing. It sounds like they want the easy way…

Lately I've been doing them about 8pm. But it's so hard to get the living room so I'm going to make sure I start at 6am to get it done!

Go for it! You already know that at 1800 calories YOU WILL NOT GAIN WEIGHT! You might hold on to a pound or two for a week while your body adjusts but you aren't going to gain 15 pounds before your wedding. Up the calories and relax ;)

I'm doing Insanity since it's more cardio based and gives better results for running. I'm more interested in sliming down and getting fit then just building muscle. I'm probably going to get P90X for Christmas if I get my wish though!

Weight 6/22 - 152 Weight 6/29 - 151 Weight 7/6 - 151.8 I snuck on the scale Wed though and was down to 150.8 so I'm not worry. I feel really bloated so I'm sure its just water weight and I'll see a nice drop next week.

If you are used to 500-600 calories a day...try eating just 1500 calories for few weeks and then bump it up to 2100 calories. That way it's not so much of a jump and it gives you time to get used to it.

I have no problem dropping it. I can't have caffeine as it gives me migraines but my fiance and I often share a drink if we're grabbing a quick bite and then we'll have sprite. Otherwise I save Sweet Tea for special dinners out and drink water the rest of the time.

I could spend that on races (half marathons and marathons aren't cheap!) and running shoes! I want 90x too!

I did a 12 month deployment with my ex husband (Army). I remember the hell of deployments. Make a list of things you want to accomplish each period of time (I used pay periods).
