I LOVE Eggo waffles lol. They are the only thing that is quick and I can eat before a workout and not get sick :p

lol...yeah everyone says find your pace but it's impossible when I see them I find myself matching them. It's either "on" or "off" there is no dim switch.

Wait til you have a 3-4 day weekend that you can just lay around and quit cold turkey! That works the best for me...the first 3 days are by far the worse but after that I feel so much better! Just watch out for your body trying to take on extra calories to deal with the lack of energy.

Time to go find a new favorite pair!

Yep, if I eat under 1,500 for a couple weeks all weight loss STOPS!

Give yourself time to grief and understand you won't be in the same place physcially but don't turn to food. Keep a journal of food and feelings to focus on your feelings instead of covering them up with food. Find a good support group too. I've been through a divorce and that really made me depressed and I felt like I was…

Once a week on Friday's...unless I'm starting/ending a specific program or challenge then I'll do it for those.

The HS will only take owner surendered. I'll post his pic on my face book and see if I can't spread the word.

You could. It's really hard to determine calorie counts of things like that without a HRM. If you are exercising that much it's really something you might want to consider investing in.

I have a very hard time with these types of studies. For me there are way to many factors. With genetics, head injuries, etc I have a hard time believing they found enough people with the same constants to make this study worth anything. You would be surprised how many people lie without thinking about it too. Also, there…

That is gross!!! I need it crispy, fresh, and on top of a burger, not ice cream!

After talking to my dr (I'm 5'5, med frame) my goal weight is about 130. I would guess yours to be about the same. I know coming from 95 pounds is tough. So start out with small goals. 5 pounds at a time til you feel comfortable, gain your period back, and your dr is happy. If you are working out and doing weight lifting…

I started Insanity last March and stuck through almost 2 weeks. I was DYING! I was happy to get through the warm-ups and felt I wasn't "doing enough" to see results. I stopped Insanity to focus on my running again. I dropped 12 mins off my half marathon time! I know it was doing something. My half marathons were only 2…

Yeah...there are a few that I don't agree with but the majority are really good points!

FL, TN, Chicago, KS and every combination of the 4 lol. I've done it with the whole family and by myself several times.

151...so 1 pound...but I've been at 151 now since Monday (I just finished a challenge and Monday was the last day so I weighed-in twice this week lol). Hopefully the scale moves again this week!

I have the flexiblity to get on a horse without help! I've also got increased strength in my arms and can tack without help (I use to not get the sadle tight enough and I couldn't get my foot in the stirup to get on). I also had my sister steal a pair of jeans and complain they were tight! I LOVE my new jeans! (although I…

That's what my fiance says  It's so nice to know that there are awesome guys in this world!

Nope...he says he rather sleep with me ;) Now if that's true or not I'm not sure but I'll take it! lol

Do some research...if you are on a 1200 calorie diet but still have 400 calories left then you are really on a 800 calorie diet. You gain weight because you're body is trying to make sure it holds enough since you are eating so little. Do some research on "eat more weight less"

HIIT! Oh wait, you want a little pill to fix all your problems?
-
15 pounds in 5 weeks when you're already under 160-150 pounds is rough and not healthy

 Right...:glasses: Deal with your cravings. Learn to have some without giving up control and your success.

have fun with that...but IMO, it's not innocent if she's blowing up at you.

Also, on longer runs gels or some sort of energy suppliment is needed for most people! Remember those have calories too :p But they are worth it during the races for sure!
-
Yes...but you still need to watch what you eat. The reason being is I've known a few people training for half/full marathons gain weight because they think they need to constantly carb load and eat everything. lol. Be realistic in how much you burn running and how much you really need to eat and you'll be able to lose some…
