I lost close to 30 pounds keeping my one glass of wine a night (I did cut down from 2 or 3 a night :drinker: ) no way I'm giving up my wine for good....haha as you can see by my profile pic! It can be done! :smile: :flowerforyou:

yup, I've been teaching spin for about a year and you kinda just get used to it. but I agree with the other ladies the bike shorts and seat pad also help! happy spinning!! :flowerforyou:

I like to do cardio intervals on my leg days... something like this.. 15 minute warmup (either on the elliptical, TM or stairclimber) set of squats, lunges, leg extension, leg curl, ab/adductors, calf raises (or whatever leg exercises you feel like doing...) 15 minutes cardio set of squats, lunges, leg extension, leg curl,…

drink enough that you throw it all up :wink: just kidding! :laugh: Clear Rum & Diet Pepsi/Coke is pretty low calorie.. thats what I try and stick to.

cardio :flowerforyou: also if you want to try something a little different than crunches and situps you can look on youtube and try the P90X Ab Ripper X video, it's a pretty awesome workout.

I'm working on this too.. I use splenda now and I've cut my cream in half. Not sure if I can go all the way to black coffee, but since I drink 2-3 cups a day it's cut down on the calories!

Healthy Choice makes those "steamers" (I think thats what they're called) I'll eat those every so often for lunch if I cant get away from work..

haha, for breakfast I had... Prime rib (around 6ish oz.) Scrambled egg whites Cottage Cheese w/ sliced strawberries and bananas and... a doughnut... :laugh: :laugh: :laugh: :blushing: :blushing: :blushing: I was just SUPER hungry. but I just had a salad w/ some tuna on top for lunch, and I'll eat a light dinner..
