Get a heart rate monitor. :wink: What you get on the site is just an estimate, and if you have a HRM it will give you a more accurate number

Yeah, the one I just signed us up for was $70 each. and ....I kinda have a workout clothes addiction, and I have to buy a new outfit for every race that I do :laugh: :laugh: :laugh: so that makes it even more expensive!!!!

My husband and I have been doing Sprint Tri's together for the past 8 months. I love them. We have a sprint coming up at the end of the month and then we will be doing our first olympic distance tri in July! :heart:

I didnt really do any program -- I'm really bad at sticking to programs!! I try to run Mon/Wed/Friday between 3-5 miles and then I do my long runs over the weekend.

Good Morning everyone! I ran my first 1/2 marathon today...my time was 1:52:37 (an 8:36 pace!!!!) My goal was to run it in under 2 hours, so I'm SUPER happy with how I did. :drinker:

I was 145 when I started Depo (last september) my doc told me that it might cause weight gain I told him "I'll be damned if meds make me gain weight" I currently weight 120. you just gotta be really careful! :drinker:

I have 2 cups every morning w/ skim milk (or Vanilla Silk) and splenda......sometimes I treat myself (not often) and put 1/2 and 1/2 in it. you drink it first thing in the morning, so just be careful the rest of the day.
