I think it'll be even "healthier"!!! (atleast less calories) I have mine now, I just put in patron and sprite zero, and squeezed in some lime juice, it's FABULOUS!! :love: :drinker: :love:

I agree, you gotta change up your foods a little or you'll get really bored. I'm 5'1.5 (very proud of my .5) and when I started MFP I was 148lbs, I've lost about 28 pounds, so it CAN be done, good luck!!!

I do the P90X Ab Ripper video, it's great, you can find it on you tube. It's pretty tough though, I dont know if it'll bother your neck

I did....and I just met my goal a couple weeks ago so it's all still fresh in my mind. I logged everything in MFP--they had me at 1200 calories (and then of course if I worked out I got to eat those calories too) So I tried to burn at least 300-500 calories a day, that would bring me up to eating 1500-1700 calories a day.…

just a 1/4 mile warm up and 1/4 cool down jog today I did legs and abs today

0430 wakeup & COFFEE 0500 leave the house 0530-0730 workout 0730-0900 shower/change/breakfast 0900-1730 work 1700-1730 go home 1730-2000 cook/eat dinner and hang out with the hubbs 2000-2030 go to bed and repeat... ETA- I'm a morning person, so getting up is never an issue for me, but it's hard for me to stay up past 8pm.

yeah, I cant run more than about 3 miles on the TM...I hate it!! lucky for me, the weather is nice here year round, so I dont have to run inside often.
