I have tried a variety of K-cups and had a number of guests give them a try as well. The favorite seems to be Winter Carnival (my favorite) followed by Cinnamon Pastry and Mocha Java...all Timothy's.

I am 5'11", started out at 240 lbs, have lost 46 pounds (I lost 20 lbs prior to joining MFP) and currently weigh 194. I have lost 42 pounds since I started in October 2010 with a healthier lifestyle which has included using MFP to count calories and joining a gym. No pills or diet plans. My plan is to lose 23 more pounds following this same regimen.

I bought new clothes after losing 35-40 pounds. I had people telling me my clothes were just too big and my jeans and skirts would no longer stay up, so it became a necessity! Congratulations! I just started the C25K on Friday and have been surprised that I actually enjoy it. I've never had any interest in running until now. The first day was tough, but this morning was easier. Keep us posted on your marathon goal.
