Sounds like 1987 are the calories that were burned the entire day, so no, do not eat them all back, unless your goal is to maintain. Not all of those calories should be considered "exercise" calories.

Probably not. While I still try to make good food choices, I don't typically log on the weekends. It keeps me from getting burned out on logging and provides me an opportunity to indulge in some things that I wouldn't eat on a daily basis, and then I behave the rest of the week.

I just did Day 5 this morning, and I agree, it's getting easier. My calves still can only take so much jump rope, but my thighs are definitely not as sore as Day 1.

I don't know if it would work the same for egg salad, but I know when I make tuna salad I do half light mayo and half yellow mustard to get the right consistency, and right there you cut out half of the calories from the mayonnaise.

They always have this channel on at my gym...on the big screen! I am always like "WTF?!" I guess they are ensuring they stay in business.

I had mine removed last year...all 4 of them at the same time. It wasn't bad at all, actually. It took them about 45 minutes total, from the time I went in, until the time I was walking out the door. I admit that I do the same when I am at the gym...I imagine there is someone watching me to make sure that I am not giving up (I call that my Jillian). While at home, I like my hubby to be there, because his presence alone provides me the same motivation to succeed. I have noticed that it makes a huge impact on my workouts.
