I work with a guy who just recently got a shard of glass in his arm, thought he had it all out, didn't, realized it was getting infected, and by the time he got to the doctor he had to have his arm sliced open to drain the infection. It was nasty!

I eat Greek yogurt with fruit and a little bit of honey often or fruit smoothies. My new favorite is to put a frozen banana in the blender with a scoop of vanilla protein powder and some unsweetened vanilla almond milk. It tastes like a banana milkshake, delish!

Yikes! I would get it looked at. It's actually not good to use peroxide to clean a wound because it damages the healthy cells around the wound increasing your risk of infection (for future reference) and clipping the skin with finger nail clippers I'm sure didn't help matters. At the very least keep a very close eye on it,…

Luna bars - Blueberry Bliss, Peanut Honey Pretzel, and Vanilla Almond. I really like all of them, though! Cliff bars - Oatmeal Raisin Walnut and Peanut Butter, but I haven't tried all of them.

I ran 3 miles this morning. It was sooooo hottttttttt. I had sweat pouring from every pore of my body!

I agree with Dewdrop75. You should take that into account when you set your activity level. I have mine set on active because of my job and the only exercise I log is my workouts and runs.

1. Right now it's the heat & humidity. It causes my heart rate to increase quite a bit so I can't run as fast as I'd like. 2. The mood and energy boost running gives me.

I actually do have some loose skin still on my stomach (and a few stretch marks). It's much more noticeable when I'm sitting down, but it's definitely improving with time! I think all of those plank moves in my Jillian dvd's have helped my stomach a lot!
