Try an extra thin crust pizza or if your feeling really ambitious make your own pizza. I find then I can control how much cheese goes on and how thick the crust is. It is a lot easier to make than you would think.

Workout at least 5 days a week when im not on call. When I am at work I work out 7 days a week but when I go for my 2 weeks off I tend to get lazy when it comes to entering my food into MFP and working out. My next days off start September 7th and I am going to push myself to kick the laziness!!

So this may not be an answer but I do have the same problem and I use a knee brace when my knee is acting up. You can usually find a decent one at a drug store and they dont cost too much but dont go for the super cheap ones because they usually dont offer enough support. I make sure I dont keep unhealthy stuff where is is easy to access (like at home) and when a craving wont go away I go for a short nap or leave the house for a walk. It's not much but I hope it helps. Good luck and I hope things start looking up for you soon :)

Ya I tend to be lazy and pick up my groceries the day of camping so I need to get out of that habit and actually semi plan meals. Ps - you guys are genius! haha I am already getting some excellent ideas!
