Congrats on the finish! Last year I ran my first 5k at 40 minutes. This year I finished in under 27 minutes. It's totally possible! Keep it up!

Hey Yall' I work out 4-6 times a week for at least an hour. I eat 1200-1500 calories a day depending on how hungry I am. Always listen to your body or you'll feel like you're starving! Especially in the beginning. It took me about 6 months to get where I am today. Be consistent. It's totally worth it. You can do it! :)

You can lose weight by cutting calories. But you can't be healthy and fit without exercise. My opinion.

I'm in! My current weight is 153.8 lbs--I've lost 40lbs so far! My ultimate goal is 138 but I would like to lose 8 lbs in February. I understand this may not be reasonable but I like challenging goals. I eat about 1200 calories a day and try to work out 7 days a week. My waist is 36''.

I met the perfect guy. I gained 50 lbs. He didn't break up with me or put me down. He loves me no matter what. He has a great heart. It's possible. :)

I've been doing the 1200 calorie a day thing for 5 months. As of today I have lost 40lbs. I also work out though and some days I eat a portion of those calories back. My advice is to listen to your body and if it's not enough food then up your intake. Also, give yourself a cheat day once in awhile. :)
