I went to grab the rest of my things (ipod, street shoes, etc.) after working out at the gym today. I was shocked to find a little note on top of my stuff that said "Call or Text Me Sometime if You Like- Joey" with a phone number listed below it. :) I went from from 194 down to 149. Still about 15 lbs away from my goal but I like the progress.
I'll be running my first 5k on Thanksgiving this year (TD5K Minneapolis). I'm very excited but also nervous. Do any of you seasoned runners out there have any advice for this first timer? Any and all help is welcome.
