  • Seriously don't worry about it. I could not keep up for several weeks and I am sure I looked totally ridiculous, but ya know what, I still saw awesome results :) I cursed a lot and did jumping jacks in between moves that I could not get well enough to keep up until I could do them which helped with the cursing (it was 6am…
  • wow awesome job! those are great results, makes it even more motivating to jump higher hey ;) TurboFire really is the awesomest :) Your 6yr did a great job with the photo too by the way!
  • burned 288 calories doing 35 minutes of "Chalene Extreme - Fat Burn Challenge"
  • the best time is when you can committ to doing it, seriously. I always say I will do it at the end of the day but then I get too tired or something comes up So I try to do it first thing in the morning or after I get kids to school, that way there are no excused :)
  • oops hit enter :) I always do the warm up & cool down stretch though. I skipped it one time and ended up with a painful butt injury (seriously, got out of the van and must have pinched/pulled something during the "pivot") omg, missed several workouts and could barely walk for 3-4 days, never again ;)
  • I should and always say I will add more stretching/yoga but so far, nope :( Probably why I am sore everyday ;)

  • Burned 444 calories doing 60 minutes of cardio exercises, including "Chalene Extreme - Push2" & HIIT 25 Yup I actually did not enjoy the Burn phase but really enjoying the Push phase, I think I just had to get used to the slowness, now I am really enjoying (mostly once done heh heh) the focus of it, and the results :)

  • I started with TurboFIre and after about a month added in the CXE I don't follow directions well, tend to be a little stubborn but basically I do what I feel I will stick with and works best for me. For me the starting levels of TF was too slow for me after doing the 5 day inferno right off the bat so I just made my own…
  • Thanks for the tips I am always sore :)
  • lol you are too funny ;)
  • Great job, TurboFire rocks it is the first program I have really stuck with in years and the only one I have really loved doing and look forward to doing. Just be careful not to cut back too much on calories, I am guilty of this too often as I forget to eat and end up going into starvation mode. I am trying to eat between…

  • that is my problem area too and was thinking about trying Jillians butt workout but think I will add in a bit of the Brazil Butt Lift first and see how that works (adding it as extra cardio to my current routine)
  • lol I thought the CXE cardio workouts looked easy too, until I tried the, wholly molly, the leg band is killer, but so good :) I like TurboFire HIITs best but the results you get from CXE as so worth. I am in the 2nd week of Push phase and I am really starting to enjoy having my butt kicked, it actually hurt sitting last…
  • thanks for posting Janelle's too :) she squeezes in a lot more variety too, I should probably do that too, maybe once I get bored or if I plateau :)
  • nice to meet you godrichollow, always great to have more Chalene addicts on here :) hope your back feels better soon Exna :( I have not had any pain in my back from TF but about 1.5 years ago I put my back out bending over so it can happen easily it seems :( I know my past issues are due mostly to crappy ab muscles after 2…

  • TurboFire has worked really well for me but you have to find something you enjoy and will stick with. Consistency is the key, it does not happen overnight so consistent workouts, eating clean and tracking EVERYTHING you put in your mouth and the results will come :)
  • 55 is actually kind of fun and is not as long as it sounds, I think all her chit chat makes it go fast ;)
  • Where did you find Jalene's hybrid, I would like to see that it you have a link or could post it here :) I am doing my own little hybrid below: Days 1, 3, 5 HIIT 15, 20, 25 or 30 (usually 25 or 30) and CXE (either Burn, Push or Lean - I am on Push right now) Days 2, 4, FIRE 45, FIRE 55, Lean Burn Intervals or Fat Burn…
  • also check out Chalene Extreme I am over 40 and have had such a hard time losing weight since I hit 30. Apparently muscle burns more fat and this program gets results fast and keeps your metabolism up even when you are not working out. I am doing it along with TurboFire and loving the results, wish I had found it 10 years…
  • wow are you kidding me!!! you rocked the first 30 days, awesome results!
  • Burned 287 calories doing 45 minutes of "Chalene Extreme - Get Lean Interval"
  • Burned 287 calories doing 45 minutes of "Chalene Extreme - Get Lean Interval" wow hate-love the leg band ;)

  • I am having great results :) Just finished the first week of the Push phase and I am so much stronger, lean muscles are popping up everywhere. I have been sore all month, in a very good way. You have to use good form and go slow as she says and you will see results. Apparently you see the greatest results in the Lean phase…
