  • lol you are so funny, I have nothing but nice things to say ;) You did an awesome job and can definitely see the difference which is tougher when you don't have a lot of extra weight as you were already pretty fit looking. What a difference in your abs though and so much more toned, even you posture looks better :) Great…

  • I have done it a few times and loved it but I followed my own eating guide which I believe I kept around 1200 and lost i think 4 lbs the first time I did it. My only complaint is that I found it too hard to go back to the proper schedule as I liked the inferno so much! So I did not ever do the toning/strengthening as I…

  • Burned 205 calories doing 45 minutes of cardio exercises, including "Chalene Extreme - Push 1" & Ab Burner Yup my abs were burning, hopefully next time I can actually do all of the workout...ok, at least 1/2 properly :)
  • I bought a FitBit as I was hoping it would be good for tracking calories for working out but I found it not overly accurate with the type of exercise I was doing, Turbofire & Chalene Extreme so lots of jumping and weights which Fitbit has a hard time with. You can enter in the estimate via MFP but what is the point right?…
  • kel does your HRM calculate the calories for you or do you use an online calculator? I use an online one, http://braydenwm.com/calburn.htm which I am guessing gives rough estimate :) MissFuchia, can anyone really do tricep pushups ;) I will be super excited when I can do even 1 properly!

  • wow Exna, nice guns :) Do you feel like you lose more fat in the lean phase rather than building up muscle? that is what i am hoping as I am super happy with all my muscles now, I just want to get the layer of fat around the muscles oughta here :)

  • lol Kel7298 at first I read your post as twinkies (the processed concotion) and immediately my mind raced, I love twinkies, I could eat a twinkie right now (oh, but they are really bad for you...hah hah) I blame the weights I just did I always end up mentally/physically exhausted :) Yes I am going to ponder - jumping to…

  • Burned 236 calories doing 35 minutes of "Chalene Extreme - Push2" Kickx5 I am so sorry to hear about the shootings, I am sure your kids need time with you just as much as you need it right now. So much for them to process :(
  • yeah I agree, I think it is something about the moves not flowing as easily (for me anyway) so I feel like I am not really moving as much for some of them, it is my least fav of the HIITs, still like it though :)

  • Burned 361 calories doing 45 minutes of "TurboFire - FIRE 45" So I am so stubborn, I am thinking of skipping the last week of Push and jumping to Lean so that I can lose a bit of fat before my anniversary trip to Whistler, any thoughts? I can see tons of night muscle but have not lost much if any fat. I plan on doing the…

  • Yes the lean intervals (I think it is called Burn Lean Intervals) came with my pack I think they are the bonus cds and are really tough but fun. I was worried they would not be as hard core as TurboFire, no problem here, ouch ;)

  • ooh no Exna, no weight loss from the lean month argh, hopefully you are losing inches. I have started the calorie cycling too to see if that helps but it is probably just because we are buidling so much muscle, right ;) Looking forward to seeing your photos as well I plan on posting mine as soon as I can pin my hubby down…
  • Burned 361 calories doing 45 minutes of "TurboFire - FIRE 45" my fav too :)
  • I think your first idea sounds good :) I do: Mon, Wed & Fri - weights (either burn, push or soon to be lean) Tues, Thur, Sat - cardio so I think as long as you have a day between weights you are good :)
  • Hi I have been using MFP and Turbofire and Chalene Extreme since Jan and just heard about BFFM. Is the holy grail download the same info in audio files do you know?

  • I LOVE mine :) I don't usually use them for the HIITs but for FIRE & CXE as they double as protection for my hands. Mine have zippers and you can add/remove 4 little bags each 1/2 lb for total of 2lb each glove. Super nice to be able to add/remove as you build up :) I hate doing punches without them as I feel like I am…
  • I have 2 more weeks of Push to do and so looking forward to Lean as I hear that is where you melt away the fat to show more lean muscles :)
  • I don't have any photos yet (soon though) but am seeing amazing results as are many others in this group http://www.myfitnesspal.com/groups/home/3146-turbo-fire-hotties feel free to join for motivation :) There is also a Chalene Extreme group here that is great…
  • yup try a resistence band tied in a knot ankle weights add resistance but not as well for the side to side exercises, so worth it :) my legs are a shakin after I use the band, it is annoying because it slides around a bit but so worth it :)
  • thanks for posting! I am doing Push phase right now and trying not to focus on my scale/measurements but no weight loss or decrease in measurements in weeks, duh I am also seeing so much great lean muscle tone that I am not freakin out, but still nice to see I am not alone and it is all part of the master plan, mawahahahha…
