having more muscle actually increases your metabolism so even if you don't see the scale moving you will probably reshapes areas and tone and still lose weight, just more slowly if you have less to lose

I got the fitbit which is supposed to be pretty good although not necessarily as accurate as the bodybug. Fitbit only costs $100 and has an aweseome interface that syncs up with MFP. I have only done one workout with it so far as I pulled a muscle in my leg but it seems pretty accurate.

lol yes I got it anyway but wondering if I should send it back and get something like BodyBug. TurboFire is a lot of punches, jumping & kicking so it may track ok but hard to tell without trying it and I would rather put the $100 towards something that does. I have a hard time with eating all the calories too as I have dieted all my life so it is hard to change old patterns. It is crazy all the added sugar, I was shocked that is 24g of sugar in milk...really! I don't eat hardly any "added" sugar but when I do I now use Agave syrup. It does not taste exactly like sugar but has a nice flavor & you don't need much at all. I love it with berries & cottage cheese or yogurt, nice treat.

I think it is just not wise to do more than 2-3 HIIT sessions per week and not back to back. Should be no reason why you could not do 2 workouts in one day though. Chalean even jokes about doing extra workouts after the HIIT workouts as they are so short, hey do another workout, you have time :)

TurboFire is the BEST :) I have battled the bugle for over 30 years and have tried every workout imaginable and TurboFire is the first one I actually miss and look forward to doing everyday. Yes Brazil Butt is a good workout for toning and cardio. I tried a few of the workouts and like them but then tried TurboFire & love it.
