I weigh every morning and enter into an app I have on my phone. I enter into MFP every other week b/c of a challenge I joined.

I have an app on my phone that I enter my weight into every morning. There is a graph. With the spike days I look at my diary to see what I had the previous day.

Maybe you have a wheat and/or gluten intolerance? I know since I've gone off wheat/gluten, I don't suffer from bloat other than TOM. Best wishes on getting bloat-free.
