I have a great app on my phone that I use to weigh daily. It has a graph. When there are spikes, I look at the day before's diary. I enter a weight loss into MFP when it is a significant one. I've learned my weight fluctuate up and down 3lbs a week.

Google...Free things to do in Las Vegas. There are couple of great sites. For example, the Arboretum at Bellagio is a must! I live in Las Vegas...so no worries on food. There are tons of places to eat on the strip so they will be able to find something within their budget.

If you don't have a crockpot, there may be one at a thrift store. There are a ton of crockpot recipes online. God Bless you and yours. (((Hugs)))

Walked the doggie on Wed & Thurs. Eating well. Been gluten-free for a couple of weeks. Easing into Primal/Paleo, definitely more Primal. Started IF...intermittent fasting this week. I feel great. I weigh myself every morning. I enter the weight into an app on my phone. There is a graph that I use to look at the dips and spikes and then reference it with MFP's diary.
