I burn around 250; I use 'circuit training' and I'm probably significantly larger than you so I burn more generally. I use 5 lb weights which are killer for me for most exercises. I do a lot of other cardio along with the shred. I just feel better doing more than 20 mins.

Just like most foods, its good in MODERATION. Peanut butter is pretty high in calories but it is made of a healthy fat. So enjoy it every once in a while but don't gob it on! I usually have a tablespoon of it every few days.

I weighed myself on Friday and lost 5.6 lbs.! Woohoo! I feel like I'm really changing. Everyone! Time to brag. I did the 30DS day 2 level 1... and I can definitely feel and see improvements! I could basically do the whole workout. I did my first 30DS L1D1 today and used 5 lbs... simply because we don't have anything larger or smaller. I'm glad ... my arms hurt like a ****! Question, would it be bad to do 30DS twice in one day?

Happy Tuesday everyone!!! So. Today was interesting. I didn't work out until after dinner so I ate about 1800 calories, which is 500 over my limit. Yeah it depends on the bananas. I used 3 but I only ate about 1/2 a cup of what I made. Leftovers are yummy :)

Don't eat the cake! Seriously. You will only feel worse after it. What is a few minutes of flavor if you can eat something more nutritious and feel better about it after you consume it? Try some veggies or a yogurt. You will be happy you did :)
